A well-managed job site is a crucial component to a successful job. Scheduling sub-trades, labor, and material deliveries are carefully orchestrated to keep your job on schedule and budget.
Weekly meetings are scheduled with the Owner, Architect/Designer, and Contractor to track progress, discuss solutions and evaluate job costs. I refer to this as CLIENT-CONTRACTOR interface and feel strongly that good, clear communication is a key to job success. Tredway Made job sites are always clean, orderly, and professional. A clean job site is an efficient job site.
A remodel poses many challenges, and we are expert problem solvers. There is little in the way of building, design, or other types of challenges that we haven't faced and solved. We are guided by the belief that there aren't problems, but only opportunities.

ABOUT
TREDWAY MADE is a small San Francisco general contracting company dedicated to sustainability, quality building, and client satisfaction.
We specialize in residential remodels and additions. Our projects range from simple bathroom and kitchen renovations to multistory additions that add hundreds of square feet to an existing home.
Owner, Tony Tredway, has been operating his general contractor business for over a decade.
A resident of San Francisco for over 30 years, he has a BFA in photography from the San Francisco Francisco Art Institute and a Masters degree in Sculpture from Mills College.
